The trio was drawn from equally performing companies, and each professional has a wealth of experience in their respective areas of specialization.
About Penelope Kokkinides
Penelope stands out from the rest of the group primarily due to the nature of her engagement with the company. As the head of InnovaCare’s Chief Administrative Officer, Penelope will be charged with the role of formulating and developed policies that guarantee operational efficiency. But she is not new to the Medicare or the Medicaid fields, two of InnovaCare’s areas of specialization. While serving as the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for Centerlight Healthcare, Penelope presided over the group’s overall management and strategic planning for the managed care division.
The fact that her experience in both fields spans over two decades with the better part of it sent implementing government health care programs also makes her the perfect fit for the current role. She will also be expected to replicate her success in improving administrative efficiencies in relation to InnovaCare’s organizational infrastructure.
InnovaCare is the only healthcare provider providing NCQA accredited health plans in the entire Puerto Rican Island. Additionally, the firm is also responsible for the management of two Medicare programs within Puerto Rico’s Government Health Plan.
